About Brittany

Brittany, the founder of TESC, has had many years experience as a strength coach. Brittany’s fitness background started at the age of 16 when she realized how empowering strength was. From there, she began to help her friends move from the cardio room to the weight room. This continued through college, consistently eager to expand her knowledge in the gym. During that time she began working for New York Sports Club as a personal trainer. Wanting to learn even more, she got her Crossfit certification and there, found a true love for strength training. After years of Crossfit, Brittany wanted a more competitive way to train so she began Powerlifting. She competed in many USAPL (USA Powerlifting) meets, winning many. From there, she became a  Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

What has always stayed constant in all of Brittany’s fitness and equestrian endeavors is education. Her passion to learn and help people along the way has led her to becoming The Equestrian Strength Coach.
